ABOUT MY FIRM

My firm was established in July of 2000 to meet the needs of individuals and small businesses in the local community.  Being raised by a small business father and managing several business ventures myself, my firm has a unique perspective on the needs of small business.  Whether it's managing that tight cash flow during slow times, deciding just how much inventory to order and keep on hand, working with the local banker or insurance provider, keeping employees happy and productive or planning for next year's tax obligations, we understand your needs because we have lived them ourselves.

An Honors graduate from the University of Alabama in May of 1990, Marvin has since worked in the public accounting industry as an auditor, tax preparer/planner and small business consultant.  He also served  5 years as a small business Controller.   Volunteer football coach, church administrator and honorable service in the United States Army are a few more areas where experience and leadership have been tested.

Tracy graduated from Texas A & M university in May of 1997 and spent one and a half years studying for her MBA at the University of Houston in Clear Lake, TX.  Tracy has managed several small businesses and has lots of practical first hand knowledge.
